Emdadul Haque, Manager of Customer Operations and
Process
Emdadul Haque holds a Masters Degree in Management
of Information Technology from Sunderland University in United Kingdom
graduating in 1999. Mr. Haque is a highly skilled and technical individual
who possesses excellent academic and practical knowledge of Information
Technology and Management methodologies.
After receiving his Masters Degree, Mr. Haque led
various major project implementations such as Customer Relation Management
(CRM) and Data Warehousing solutions. He has a superb knowledge in
management of large scale implementations through full project lifecycles.
Mr Haque possesses a deep understanding of how to utilize technology
in order to deliver enterprise solutions that meet the requirements
for B2B.
Mr. Haque’s mission is to ensure all Flavor
Technology’s client implementations are on time, on budget and
with maximum customer satisfaction.
Kevin Legallais, Director of Operations
Kevin graduated from Carleton University in 1993.
He has worked in project management, as a manager, since day one of
his career. Kevin has managed a diversity of major projects for The
Home Depot, RE/MAX, the American Dental Association, and DaimlerChrysler.
Kevin is known for a relentless approach,
attention to detail, and strong work ethic, along with tried-and-true
operations procedures and policies. He combines all of this with innovative
thinking to find the most effective and efficient operations solutions.
Kevin has a proactive management style, and prides himself in being
accessible and accountable at all times. One of his favourite sayings
is, “Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day; teach a man
to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”
Ahmed Choukri, IT Technical Leader
Ahmed is an IT Pro, who graduated from Centennial
College with a Diploma in Network Professional. Ahmed illustrated
his passion for networking and information technology at a young age
and decided to pursue a career in the IT field. Since the time he
started working with Flavor Technology, he has developed his skills
to a professional level and he can take the lead on delivering high
quality IT solutions and manage client’s network implementations.
Ahmed led one of Flavor’s large projects
in northern Canada, transforming their data network to the leading
edge of technology. He reinforced the fact that Flavor Technology’s
“world class solutions” are provided by qualified, dedicated
people.
David Hutchinson, Enterprise Communications
Consultant
Mr. Hutchinson is a Telecommunications/Technology
professional with 15 years experience having held consultant and operations
roles of increasing responsibility with companies such as TelRoute,
Fonorola, Sprint Canada,
Group Telecom and Allstream.
With these companies he was involved developing
and providing the most cutting edge Telecommunications solutions including
wireless infrastructures, voice, data, internet, network, equipment
and services available to Large Enterprise clients and Government.
He has provided a full range of consulting services to large Telecommunications
and Contact Centre companies, including: product/business development,
business planning, strategic planning, carrier relations, network
design, RFP evaluations, technology integration, project management
and operations reviews.
David has provided consulting services to J.P Morgan, TD Canada Trust,
Magna International, EDS, HP, Nortel, Cisco, Bank of Nova Scotia,
Fedex and DaimlerChrysler.
Elina Katkova, M.P.M., I.T. Project
Manager
Ms. Katkova has been recognized for her commitment
to enhancing Project Management methodologies and Information Technology
processes. Her areas of expertise include implementing new technology
across all areas of project management: configuration and change control,
quality control, business analysis, release management, infrastructure,
and development.
For the past eight years, Elina has applied her
professional principles to a variety of industries, including government
sectors and banking. Ms. Katkova has consulted on critical time-to-market
projects for large corporations, including TD Canada Trust, CIBC Insurance,
Manulife Financial, Clarica, OnX, and Hydro One. She has led projects
from under a million dollars to multimillion-dollar corporate initiatives.
Ms. Katkova’s mastery of process development
and methodology accounts for her success in project management for
large corporate clients. Highlights of her professional experience
include implementing project management methodology in synergy with
Rational Unified Process.
Elina developed an in-house set of project management
“best practices” for a large financial client. She introduced
new structured deliverables for each Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC) phase for internal strategic teams and a US-based vendor.
Ms. Katkova has implemented iterative project management
methodology in other organizations, resulting in substantial savings,
guaranteed project scope, and preservation of the project’s
“go live” date. These improvements were greeted with enthusiasm
from the executive teams.
In addition, she has implemented automated test
tools at clients of various sizes, allowing tremendous cost cutting
in the area of quality control. Elina specializes in proactive risk-based
analysis of automated testing methodologies, making companies almost
bullet-proof by putting up-to-date traceability matrices in place.
Ms. Katkova has obtained industry certifications
in Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Mercury Interactive. She holds
a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich
School of Business, York University, and is currently pursuing a Project
Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management
Institute.
Stephen Genge, Mobile Technology Specialist
Stephen Genge graduated from Trent University in
2000 with a computer degree specializing in artificial intelligence.
Stephen started illustrating his passion for mobile computers and
technology from a young age and decided to pursue a career in this
field.
For the past decade Stephen has integrated mobile
computing into his daily lifestyle. He prides himself in keeping abreast
of the latest mobile computing advances in hand held pc’s, tablet
pc’s, wi-fi, blue-tooth technology, and integrated devices such
as Blackberry and Palm Treo.
