support plans. The Flavor Care ™ help desk is available 24x7
Support via email that can be billed on a per incident basis or under
a blanket contract. We utilize custom designed support technology
that allows us to provide support via a remote web interface.
For highly sensitive areas such as payroll and accounting, support can be restricted to be “authorized user initiated”, meaning that we only do configuration and troubleshooting if an authorized user requests it.
